Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items you wish to return back into the original pink pouch or any secure mailer of your choice.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
